Teeling Whiskey proudly unveils the third release in its limited-edition Rising Reserve series, a super-premium collection of unique 21-Year-Old Irish Single Malts. Following the success of the first bottling in 2022, the series celebrates the renaissance of Teeling, Dublin and Irish whiskey, now recognised as the fastest growing premium spirit in the world.

Crafted from some of the oldest and most exceptional Single Malt in Teeling’s reserves, each Rising Reserve release combines innovation with tradition, showcasing the depth and diversity of Irish whiskey. Edition No. 3 is limited to just 6,000 bottles, reflecting Teeling’s commitment to rarity and quality.

This expression spent over 18 years maturing in ex-Bourbon casks before being finished for three years in high-quality Ruby Port casks. The extended finishing imparts rich layers of dark fruit, milk chocolate, orchard fruit, brown sugar and soft oak spice, resulting in a whiskey of remarkable complexity and elegance. Bottled at 46% ABV with no chill filtration, it is a true collector’s piece for discerning whiskey lovers.

The nose opens with soft, mellow sweetness, revealing caramel, red fruits and a touch of sandalwood. On the palate, it unfolds with brown sugar, chocolate, trifle, Christmas cake, cherry, plum and nectar. The finish is long and luxurious, with golden syrup, soft tannins, cooked barley and oak spice.
