The Contract and Cancellation:
By signing up to The Sipster Wine Club, you agree to a case of 12 bottles being shipped in the first weeks of March, June, September and December. This contract may only be cancelled after the receipt of your first delivery. Cancellations must be made in writing, prior to the 20th of the month preceding your next scheduled delivery. Should you decide to cancel, you are welcome to re-join at any time.
Payment for your chosen membership is paid in the following way. Upon sign up, the value of the first case will be charged immediately. Subsequent deliveries will be made in the timeframe mentioned above and will be charged up to 10 working days prior to dispatch, using the card details provided upon sign up. These details will be held securely using SagePay. The introductory offer of 25% off is only applicable to the first case of wine delivered. All subsequent deliveries are charged at the standard rate associated with your case option. Only one introductory offer available per person/household.
Upgrading and downgrading your membership:
Should you wish to upgrade or downgrade your membership, notification must be made in writing at least 10 days before the shipping date of your next delivery.
Wine club deliveries to the UK and Ireland are made FREE OF CHARGE and will be delivered the first week of March, June, September and December.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your delivery or the physical condition of the wine received, we will arrange collection at our expense. We may also offer alternatives to collection if you agree.
All benefits are available to you, the customer, during the lifetime of your membership only.
We will never pass on your information to a third party. All the information provided from you, to us, is held in confidence and securely.
The wines you receive are meant to be enjoyed. Have fun but remember to always drink responsibly.
