Description
Made from a blend of 60% Nerello Mascalese and 40% Nero d’Avola, grapes are sourced from Vigneti Zabu vineyards in the hills around Lake Arancio, southwesy Sicily. As soon as the grapes were ripe, the canes were cut and the grapes allowed to dry naturally in the hot Sicilian sun. The wine is vibrant, full and intense with a bright red fruit character. Warm, with a silky texture, it is well-balanced with a persistent finish.
