The Pinot Noir of Torre Rosazza was born straddling the Tagliamento river, between the provinces of Pordenone and Udine. Torre Rosazza’s philosophy is to produce fresh and contemporary Friulian wines, the result of meticulous care of the vineyards and attention to preserving the peculiar characteristics of each single variety.
The “grave” are round pebbles sculpted by water and deposited by the Tagliamento river in the surrounding plains. The Friuli Grave area is named after them, and their presence creates the ideal soil for high quality wines.
On the nose, there are intense and fruity aromas of red fruits and wild strawberries
On the palate, it is well structured, soft and agile thanks to a pleasant grassy note that supports and accompanies the sip.
Excellent with red meats, game and non-spicy aged cheese. Recommended serving temperature: 16-18 ° C.
