Description
Fruit for this wine is sourced from specially selected vineyards in Wairau and Awatere Valley, the Wairau fruit imparts ripe tropical flavours, whereas the fruit from the Awatere Valley has more of a mineral and crushed fresh herb character. Light lemon in colour, with youthful green lights, the wine has lovely depth and intensity on the nose with hints of passion fruit and citrus. It has a characteristic Sauvignon pungency that is leavened by an attractive mineral character on both the nose and palate. Enjoy with crab and chilli linguine.
