This Whiskey is aged for 11 Years in first filled Bourbon Cask with the final year in A Bordeaux wine Cask sourced from Chateau de Bonhoste at Saint-Jean de Blaignac. The Chateau is located on a hillside facing Saint-Emilion, overlooking the Dordogne Valley.

Wonderful bouquet of red berries with creamy vanilla notes on the nose. Fabulous spicy blackcurrant and raspberry palate with hints of vanilla and spice, finishing with a long sweet lingering vanilla and berry nuances.
