A bright pale blush colour with aromatic notes of ripe pear, musk and light spices on the nose. The palate is very full and rich with mouthfilling flavours of ripe pear, spice, musk and tropical fruits with a soft acid finish and almost creamy texture. Try alongside Prosciutto and melon.
