This triple-distilled Single Malt paved the way for a renaissance in rediscovering Irish Single Malts, shaping a new future for whiskey lovers. Matured in American Oak Bourbon and European Oak Oloroso Sherry casks, it delivers exceptional flavour and complexity. Crafted from a mash bill made entirely of Irish barley, it offers rich, honeyed maltiness and soft notes of candied fruit from its double maturation. Bottled at 40% ABV, the nose reveals delicate honeyed malt aromas, the palate bursts with candied fruit and notes of fig, and the finish lingers with sundried raisins and seasoned oak spices.
