The Cask Strength series is an annual celebration of one of Irish whiskey’s greatest traditions, reviving a style from the heart of its golden era. Each edition is a unique marriage of triple-distilled Single Malt and Single Pot Still whiskey, drawn from exceptional casks hand-selected by founder Bernard Walsh. Released in strictly limited quantities and individually numbered, it offers aromas of green apple, pear, and warming spices of cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove. On the palate, sweet apple blossom and wild honeycomb are layered with nutty spice, leading to a finish of walnut, chocolate, and toasted oak. Bottled at 55.3% ABV, this limited release captures both past and future in a single dram.
