A super-premium Irish whiskey, finished in rum casks from the tiny Caribbean island of Saint Lucia, The Irishman Caribbean Cask Finish combines St Lucian character with Irish heritage. This unique marriage of Single Malt and Single Pot Still triple-distilled whiskey is crafted entirely from Irish barley, first matured in American oak bourbon barrels before a six-month finish in Chairman’s Reserve rum casks. Decadent and tropical, it offers exotic rum, apricots, and summer fruits on the nose; an avalanche of tropical fruits and vibrant spices on the palate; and a finish of fig, banana, and oak spices in a spectacular Caribbean twist.
