Aged for an extraordinary 17 years in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt, this superlative single malt offers remarkable depth, richness, and complexity. Only three casks are produced annually, making it a rare and highly exclusive expression. Triple distilled, non-chill filtered, and made entirely from Irish barley, it delivers rich sherry notes and dark chocolate on the nose, with toasted oak and sweet sherried raisins on the palate. The finish combines nutty Oloroso sherry with decadent dark chocolate, leaving an indulgent, lingering impression.
