A true standout, The Irishman 12 Year Old owes its excellence to both the quality of the distillate and the exclusive use of first fill, flame-charred Bourbon casks for a minimum of 12 years’ maturation. This triple-distilled, 100% single malt is crafted entirely from Irish barley, delivering sweet, spicy vanilla, cinnamon, and a hint of clove on the nose, balanced with apples, pears, charred wood, and fresh hay. On the palate, vanilla sweetness and black peppercorns give way to a rich, fruity mid-section, before a lingering finish of barley, oak, creamy fudge, and dark chocolate.
