Situated in Touraine with 27 hectares, Joel Delaunay produces some excellent wines that offer outstanding value for money. The Holy Snail is a prime example, with a burst of grapefruit and herbs on the nose; this is seriously clean and vibrant. While the palate is lean and very fresh, a hint of elderflower combines with the fruit to produce a glorious glass of wine.
