Symphonia No.3 is the third gin released by the The Woodlab Distillery located in Benburb, Northern Ireland. Bottled at a slightly lower ABV (25%), this gin has been created using raspberries from their distillery garden and berries foraged from the Irish countryside. A great drink for Summer that works exceptionally well on it’s own, with tonic, lemonade or why not try it topped up with prosecco.
