Bright and lifted Shiraz with a wonderful perfumed dusty nose of dark fruit. The palate has a very silky mouth feel with mulberry, blackberry and a hint of sour cherry. 20% of the final blend is aged in barrel adding roundness, hints of vanilla and a further depth of complex flavours. Drink with BBQ meats or Moroccan lamb tagine, roast vegetables and hard cheeses.
