Solara Orange Natural wine is a new look at wine production based on whole bunch fermentation. Many complex layers and natural yeast fermentation leads to a different and unique style of wine that has many fruit notes and a long lasting finish. Made from indigenous grape varieties it is delicious.
Feteasca Alba 51%, Sauvignon Blanc 19%, Chardonnay 15%, Tamioasa Romaneasca 15%
This blend of grapes give hints of vanilla and pear along with quince. Delicate very subtle tannins give a long Lucius finish.
