All grapes are hand harvested from Santa Alicia’s premium sites in the Maipo Valley. The nose is dark and brooding with aromas of prunes, cassis, toasted oak and menthol, a characteristic of the Maipo Valley. The palate is well structured with firm tannins which beautifully frames the silky damson, plum and chocolate flavours. 12 months in French oak adds further depth of flavour and complexity. Enjoy with BBQ meats and strong flavoured cheese.
