Description
Bright red in colour it has intense and complex aromatics with red berries and slight hints of vanilla that stand out. On the palate, slightly tannic, consistent and smooth, clean and dry finish. This wine has been made using zero sulphites and macerated for 40 days to extract as much of the natural polyphenolic properties that give a huge amount of flavour and character.
This wine is superb with BBQ red meats and strong flavours especially game and in particular venison.
