This stunning Riesling offers a bouquet of fresh lime juice and honey, coated in a perfume of petrol and brioche. Petrol being a classic characteristic of aged Riesling. In the mouth, the wine is full bodied and juicy with vibrant citrus notes and an especially unique flavour of cheese rind thanks to the 6 months of ageing on the lees before bottling. Whilst being very fruit driven and sweet in the mouth, the finish is long and dry with zesty acidity.
