Mentor Cabernet has been skillfully crafted to demonstrate Peter’s strength of character through its profound regional integrity, substance and larger than life flavour profile.

Every vintage, Mentor is released in limited quantities. It is made to showcase a Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon and is Peter Lehmann’s pinnacle expression of this classic varietal. Fruit has been sourced from select old vines across the Barossa sub-districts of Rosedale, Stonewell, Nuriootpa, Tanunda, Koonunga and Light Pass.

The Mentor exhibits inviting aromas of classic Barossa Cabernet, fragrant violet, blackcurrant and dark chocolate. Finishing with great length it shows a superb integration of oak and fruit.
