The Angela Shiraz is named after the matriarch of the Mitolo family. Deep bright crimson, with aromas of raspberry, cherry cola and nicely integrated vanilla and cedar oak. Intense flavours of raspberry and cedarwood on the palate, the Angela has a real energy thanks to lively acidity and freshness. The mid-palate is full, silky and plush with a nervy, savoury and long finish.
