Method and Madness finished this single pot still whiskey in cherry wood! It was treated to this unique finish after an initial maturation in bourbon and sherry casks. Cherry wood is special because it’s particularly porous, imparting notes of coconut, ginger and black tea to the whiskey. Very funky stuff from the folks over in County Cork!
