It is a carefully crafted blend of Irish Malt and Irish Grain Whisky, matured for five years in first-fill Bourbon casks before undergoing a distinctive finishing period in rare Cognac casks. These casks are meticulously selected by Master Distiller Graeme Millar to ensure only the finest wood contributes to the whisky’s final character.

The Cognac finish imparts a refined complexity to the spirit, enhancing its natural profile with rich, layered notes. On the nose, there are aromas of macerated orange peel, ripe banana, and soft vanilla.
