The Martin Waßmer winery is located in the extreme south-west of Germany in Markgräflerland, where it borders on Switzerland and France. Since the winery was founded in 1997, Martin Waßmer’s wines have stood for a clear and Burgundian-influenced, yet unmistakable wine style.

This dry Riesling has invigorating notes of ripe apple and quince. Delicately creamy and mouth-filling on the palate, the aromas of pear, peach and ripe gooseberry are accompanied by mineral notes. Extremely well balanced by the acidity with a medium finish
