This is a big, juicy Primitivo from Manduria in Puglia. Aromas of plum, mocha and vanilla are evident on the nose. The palate shows depth of flavour with an almost tangy, vibrancy from the ripe fruit. Overall a well structured, moreish glass of wine that will pair with meats off the barbeque; steak, burgers and ribs.
