This is 100% unoaked Chardonnay from the village and surrounding area in the south of the Mâcon region. Aged for 8 months in stainless steel, this wine is fresh, dry and crisp with aromas of honey and acacia along with generous white fruit, apple, nuts and more honey on the palate. 13% ABV, 75cl bottle.
