The Cotes De Provence makes some of the best rose wines in the world. This is no exception. Made from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Mouverdre it has a very pale (almost translucent) salmon pink colour. Aromatic, ripe stone fruit on the nose. Fine and nicely balanced on the palate.
