Description

This is the main Cuvée from boutique sparkling wine producer Herbert Hall based in Kent, South England. The wine is a blend of 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier all harvested in the 2013 vintage from the estate 5 acre vineyard and vinified using the traditional method. On the nose, the wine is exuberant with lively notes of citrus, stone fruit, brioche and honeysuckle. Balanced acidity with a gentle mousse on the palate followed by lovely white peach and biscuit flavours. 12% ABV, 75cl bottle.
