Reliable nutty classically styled Amontillado with an attractive soft, round sweetness. A full bodied sherry with great balance. This was previously known as Harveys Club Amontillado, but it has been repackaged and renamed.

To create Amontillado, a mature Fino is allowed to lose its flor, either by not replenishing or by a secondary fortification. Now exposed to air, the pale Fino Sherry, then oxidizes into a nutty, richer, amber coloured sherry as it is further aged in oak casks.

Ideal as a pre-dinner taste bud-enlivener, or try with coffee and walnut cake.
