The Glendalough distillers in Ireland have four different gins, each using a particular recipe to evoke the personality of a season. The Spring Botanical Gin is light, refreshing and just perfect on a warm evening served over ice or with tonic. It’s made with foraged gorse flower, sweet woodruff, wood sorrel, beech leaves, blackberry leaves, blackcurrant leave, dandelion flower, sweet cicely, cleavers, watermint, birch sap and Scots pine as well as juniper, coriander seeds, angelica Root, orris root, orange, lemon, liquorice root and Ceylon cinnamon.
