A blend of Pecorino, Fiano and Grillo. The grapes are hand harvested when they are perfectly ripe and are vinified separately. While the Pecorino ferments in unroasted barrels the Fiano and Grillo are fermented in stainless steel. On the nose, complex notes of tropical and citrus fruit. The palate is herbaceous and rich with tropical fruit. A wonderful white with a persistant finish.
