Valpolicella wines are made primarily from indigenous grapes like Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara, resulting in light to medium-bodied reds that range from fresh and fruity to complex and robust. Brilliant ruby red colour. It is fruity and delicate on the nose, with hints of cherry, plum and raspberry. On the palate it is dry but velvety and well balanced, with a pleasant soft, harmonious, enveloping base.

This is ideal with light pasta dishes, particularly those with tomato-based sauces, such as pasta al pomodoro or Bolognese. They also pair well with roasted chicken, grilled vegetables, and mild cheeses like Asiago or Mozzarella.
