A beautiful sparkling wine from South Africa using the traditional method but not your traditional grapes.  Fairview have used 45% Grenache Blanc , 30% Viognier , 25% Grenache in this blend.  It has bright aromas of lime, apple and brioche that lead on to a delightfully creamy palate, which is bursting with green apple, lemon zest and quince flavours. There is a lingering freshness on the finish with vibrant acidity.  A great alternative to Champagne that is fantastic value for money!
