Emiliana is one of Chile’s most progressive and respected producers, founded in 1998 with a vision to lead in organic and biodynamic winemaking. With nearly 1,000 hectares of organically managed vineyards across Casablanca, Maipo, Cachapoal, Colchagua, and Bio Bío, Emiliana is now the world’s largest organic winery. Their estate at Los Robles serves as a benchmark for regenerative viticulture, drawing visitors from around the world.

Emiliana is the first Chilean winery to be Regenerative Organic Certified®, the highest standard in sustainable agriculture worldwide. In 2023, the estate also achieved B Corp certification, recognising its commitment to social and environmental impact. All wines are certified vegan and made without animal-derived products. The winery’s holistic approach integrates organic and biodynamic practices, supporting biodiversity, soil health, and long-term sustainability in both the vineyard and winery.

This orange wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown in the Casablanca Valley, a region shaped by the Pacific Ocean and the cooling Humboldt Current.

The wine opens with aromas of ripe stone fruit, figs, and dried apricot, complemented by a warm, lightly textured note. The palate continues with dried apricot, soft savoury nuances, and a clean, gently grippy finish. A characterful and well-judged expression of skin-contact Sauvignon Blanc.

This versatile wine pairs well with a range of foods, from cheese and charcuterie boards to white meats and richly flavoured fish dishes.
