Slow-distilled in traditional copper pot stills, it combines the distillery’s signature Gunpowder Tea with juniper, Chinese lemon, kaffir lime, cardamom, angelica, orris and caraway to create a vibrant, layered gin. Bright citrus notes are balanced by warming spice and a savoury depth, leading to a smooth, complex finish.
