Dingle Original Gin is distilled in small batches of 500 litres, categorised as a London dry gin, careful attention is given to sourcing the perfect, local botanicals found growing around Kerry. Dingle opted to use rowan berry from the mountain ash trees, fuchsia, bog myrtle, hawthorn and heather for a taste of the Kerry countryside. These uniquely Irish botanicals provide a fresh, floral character that perfectly balances the traditional juniper.
