Dingle Distillery is proudly located at the edge of the scenic town of Dingle, Co. Kerry, Ireland. Dingle is famous for it’s hospitality, beautiful harbor, amazing local produce and the striking seascapes and landscapes that surround the town.

This hugely anticipated Core Single Malt release has been years in the making and comprises of malt whiskey that has been matured in ex-Bourbon, and PX sherry casks. 39% Bourbon, 61% PX Sherry. 

Bottled at 46.3% and non-chill filtered. This is a very interesting whiskey in which the component casks come to the fore at different stages.

On the nose, notes of lime zest, chopped mint and sweet pear. The palate shows flavours of caramelised apple, raisin and vanilla before a beautifully honeyed finish with mixed spice that lingers on the tongue.
