A unique blend of five year old Single grain whiskey, 5 year old grain whiskey matured in American Bourbon casks, 5 year old grain finished in Pedro Ximenez butts for over two years and 5 year old grain finished in Moscatel Barrique casks for over 12 months.

The combination of these casks delivers a truly unique whiskey with flavour profiles that will be hard to find anywhere else. Grain whiskey is lighter in colour than malts but we have maintained the natural colour from the cask aging. Non-chill filtered.

Sweet and spicy with with mandarin and orchard fruits, dates in Dulche Leche, honey drizzled ripe black sherries with a hint of warm oak, sweet custard and granola.
