Merchant’s Quay Green Label Banyuls & PX Cask is a carefully crafted blend of grain and malt whiskeys. The grain whiskey is matured in first-fill American bourbon and re-charred casks, providing a smooth and mellow foundation, while the malt whiskeys are matured in Pedro Ximénez sherry and Banyuls wine casks. The rich PX influence brings depth and dark fruit character, while the Banyuls casks contribute layers of dried strawberry, gentle oak, nuttiness and subtle chocolate notes. Bottled at natural colour and non-chill filtered, the whiskey retains its full flavour and texture.

Soft, approachable and richly flavoured, the nose offers aromas of dried fruits, honey, vanilla and gentle oak spice. The palate is smooth and rounded, combining jammy dark berries, raisins and dried strawberries with hints of toasted nuts, milk chocolate and sweet baking spice. The grain whiskey provides balance and elegance, leading to a warming finish with lingering notes of oak, dried fruit and subtle sweetness.
