This wine is produced in the Pauillac appellation in Bordeaux. It was recenttly acquired by Chateau Haut-Batailley in 2017. The wine is made up from 73% cabernet sauvignon, 15% merlot, 10% cabernet franc and 2% petit verdot which is the perfect Bordeaux blend that makes for a unique and exciting example of a wine.

The wine is aged for 12 to 16 months in up to 70% new French oak. This is a big full bodied wine that will change as the years go on and develop into a truely great wine capable of lasting for decades. Full of tight chewy tannins and packed full of smoke and leather, the full wine be so pure and concentrated with a huge finish.
