Light gold in colour with aromas of fresh fruit and toasted yeast. The Special Cuvee is dry yet gently sweet, with tones of fresh pitted fruit and brioche leading to a long finish, with a fine, elegant and persistent mousse. Perfect served as an aperitif or served with plain sushi.
