Ata Rangi are one of the original pioneers of viticulture in Martinborough which is in the south of the north island of New Zealand. They first started planting their vines in 1980.
This Pinot Noir is silky smooth with aromas of dark cherry, cranberry and rose petal on the nose. The palate develops with some secondary characters with spicier notes of star anise and sandalwood on the palate. This wine is fruit forward and lush with a long lingering finish.
