Ardbeg Wee Beastie is the youngest and fiercest expression in the Ultimate Range. Aged just five years, this Islay single malt is matured in ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, delivering a raw, untamed character. Non-chill filtered and bottled at 47.4% ABV, it is the smokiest is the rawest, smokiest Ardbeg ever.

It appears bright gold, with a striking, auric gleam.

On the nose, fresh herbal aromas emerge first—vetiver, fennel, and hints of vanilla and pear. Rich Turkish coffee and sappy pine resin follow, with subtle traces of honey-glazed ham, aniseed, green apple, and worn leather.

The palate is explosive and intense. Flavours of dark chocolate, creosote, and tar burst forward, followed by eucalyptus and antiseptic lozenges. A wave of aniseed rolls in, joined by savoury smoked bacon and rich meaty undertones.

The finish is long and mouthcoating, with lingering notes of sea salt, cocoa, and soft fudge slowly retreating into the smoky haze.
