Adria Vini Le Dolci Colline Spumante NV Prosecco is made from selected parcels of Glera grapes grown northeast of Treviso. The grapes are hand harvested at optimum ripeness to give the required balance between aromatics and good acidity. Delicate yet lively on the palate with an abundance of green apples, acacia flowers, pear and lemon. The palate is zesty and mouth watering, perfectly balanced fruit sweetness is balanced by clean, refreshing acidity. Serve chilled as an aperitif or with peach juice for the perfect Bellini.
