The Boatyard is one of only five distilleries in the North of Ireland and since opening its doors in early 2016 it became the first working distillery in Enniskillen since 1887.  Selected by a botanist a unique blend of botanicals will be infused with the base spirit to help give The Boatyard Gin a distinctive taste profile, which will help it to stand out against its competitors in the market.
