Don Sebastiani & Sons was founded in 2001 by Don Sebastiani and his two sons, Donny and August, continuing a family wine legacy in Sonoma that dates back to 1904. Sourcing grapes from across California’s most celebrated AVAs, they craft approachable yet characterful wines that reflect the state’s diverse terroirs. This Chardonnay is sourced from selected vineyard sites across California’s prime growing regions, benefitting from abundant sunshine and coastal influences that help preserve freshness. Fermented in stainless steel and briefly aged with French oak, it balances purity of fruit with a gentle oak nuance.

Pale straw in colour, it opens with aromas of ripe pear, crisp Gravenstein apple, freshly squeezed lemonade, and a hint of jasmine blossom. The palate is lively and refreshing, with flavours of tangerine, juicy red apple, and bright lemon citrus. Subtle French oak adds a delicate toasted note, complementing the wine’s vibrant acidity and clean, elegant finish.
