Valdo Paradise is a unique sparkling wine made from a blend of Glera grapes (Prosecco) and Sicilian Nerello Mascalese, which gives the wine  intense flavour and character. Fruity and pleasantly flowery aromas with, unique notes of undergrowth fruit. The palate is warm, exuberant and has a pleasantly soft flavour.
